Special is a custom carved piece for you or a loved one. Choose from A to Z  or 1 thru 9 ** PLEASE READ IMPORTANT INFORMATION BELOW, BEFORE ORDERING.**
 
Here is how it works: 
 
1. You make your purchase and add in the notes section what combination of numbers and/or letters you would like and your email. **Each charm can fit 1 to 3 letters, numbers or a combination of both. Please note; the price is the same for 1, 2 or 3 letters/numbers and only letters/numbers are part of this custom piece. No other designs are included. On the back of every piece are hand carved stars.
 
2. Once I have received your order, I will send you a basic sketch, via email, with your chosen combination. Allow up to 3 days for the sketch to be sent and please keep in mind that the final piece may vary slightly when it is carved, as a drawing and a carving are different formats and not identical. The goal is uniqueness and not perfection. 
 
3. Once you have signed off on the basic idea, I will begin production on your piece. Custom pieces take longer than normal so, allow for 6 to 8 weeks for completion.** Please note: There are NO returns or exchanges on custom pieces. So, please be very sure before you sign off on the design. 
 
4. VERY IMPORTANT; This custom piece has been selected by you because you love my particular style and want me to create a unique piece for you (or a loved one). IF you are not comfortable with “trusting the chef” (me), please consider ordering something else instead. Thank you!
